7 Foods You Should Never Let Your Kids Eat

2. Packaged lunches

Packaged lunches might seem like a convenient option for a busy mom, but it’s really worth the effort to actually make something fresh than one of these. A kids’ meal might seem like the best option for a fussy toddler or a busy parent, but most of them contain more calories than even adult is recommended to eat. On top of that, none of the foods in a kids’ meal are mostly what they say they are.

Does any of that sound like something you’d be happy to feed your kid?
